Zainul Abedin-A Great Child of Bangladesh

Zainul Abedin, the most famous artist in Bangladesh, was born in Kishoreganj in 1914. He was educated in Art from Calcutta Art College and won a gold medal in this regard for his outstanding drawing and painting. He depicted a true picture on Famine in 1974 and earned a good name and fame. The Govt. of Bangladesh honoured him as National Professor of Art. He died in Dhaka in 1976.
